- • Premium Annual: $99 → $118 per year
- • Deluxe Annual: $189 → $218 per year
HomeZada PRO Accounts
- • HomeZada PRO Property: $99 → $118 per property
- • HomeZada PRO Property Sharing: $49 → $58 per property per year
For existing subscribers, the new price takes effect on your next renewal date on or after November 1, 2026. Your subscription price does not automatically change on November 1 unless that is your renewal date. Our Essentials plan remains free and remains the same.
