Rope baskets are both beautiful and functional. I don’t know about you but I love looking at all of the beautiful decorative baskets every time I walk into a Pier 1 or Bed, Bath and Beyond.
However, that love often quickly fades away when I spot the price tag.

Fortunately DIY rope baskets can be easy and inexpensive to make…all it takes is a few inexpensive materials, a little time and some know-how.

Using a plastic bowl, rope and hot glue, you could create your own rope basket in no time…a great gift that also recycles plastic you already have.

10. No-sew rope basket
